I'm a Senior Product Manager who thrives across industries and product types — digital health, fintech, hiring, edtech, logistics, and AI; B2B and B2C; web and mobile; zero-to-one and scale. What sets me apart is range paired with adaptability: I ramp fast in unfamiliar domains, cut to the strategy that matters, and turn ambiguity into something a team can ship. Having led product for six companies as an interim PM and now owning AI products at one of Germany's largest job marketplaces, I'm at my best where a clear strategic bet meets messy real-world constraints — partnering with Engineering, Data, Legal, and Commercial teams to ship experiences that are both measurable and trustworthy.

How I work

I start with the problem, not the feature. That means talking to customers early, writing down what we believe and why, and putting the smallest testable slice in front of the team. In regulated markets that discipline matters twice over: every assumption you can retire with evidence is one you don't ship into a compliance review.

Once direction is set, my job is to remove ambiguity — clear specs, visible trade-offs, and a cadence the team can sustain without heroics. I run my own analysis in SQL and Amplitude rather than waiting on a dashboard, because the fastest way to settle an argument about users is to go and look.
